We open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Three nights a week on Saint-Jacques, the room warming from the first spread to the last table of the night.
A week has seven nights. We keep three.
01 / ThursdayThursday opens the room soft and warm. Smoked feta reaches the table, olives, the first bottle, the low hum of a night getting started.
02 / FridayFriday runs it full and loud. The grill is going, fire on every plate, lamb and ribeye leaving the pass in a steady line.
03 / SaturdaySaturday holds it open until two. The room at its loudest, the night at its longest, one kitchen and one fire carrying it to last call.

The dial turns as you scroll and lands on our next service. Thursday, Friday and Saturday burn amber. The other four stay dark. Doors at seven.
The arc of a night
One evening moves the same way each night, only longer as the week runs on. Doors at seven, the spreads first, then the fire, then the slow late tables. Thursday steps out at one. Friday and Saturday hold on to two.

Before you come
Three nights a week. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with doors at seven each night. We are closed Sunday through Wednesday.
Thursday runs 7PM to 1AM. Friday and Saturday run 7PM to 2AM, the evening deepening into a supperclub as the night goes on.
